Analisa has a multi-faceted career in architecture & design spanning back to 2003 in the industry. Her vast experience in design, strategic partnerships, management, and leadership, enriches Ware Malcomb’s team’s capabilities. In her role as the Director, Strategic Accounts, Analisa is responsible for the development and execution of the firm’s strategic account strategy across all regions with primary focus on the expansion of Ware Malcomb’s corporate account relationships and project portfolio throughout the Americas.

Analisa’s extensive background covers a diverse range of sectors including corporate office, retail, restaurants, hospitality, airports, and multifamily. Her approach is comprehensive, taking into account aspects such as wellness, social responsibility, talent strategy, the workforce ecosystem, and the metrics that define success. Her involvement ensures that projects are not only aesthetically and functionally exceptional, but also aligned with broader organizational goals of each individual client.
