Environmental
Sustainability is a key component of our services at Ware Malcomb. From the initial design processes to materials selection, we strive to prioritize environmental stewardship, resource efficiency and resilience. By innovating with sustainability in mind, we can design buildings and sites that are not only highly effective and functional but also environmentally friendly and adaptable.
We signed the American Institute of Architects (AIA) 2030 Commitment, joining our peers pledging to design buildings that achieve net-zero energy by 2030.

Beyond delivering sustainable design solutions, we also manage our internal environmental footprint. We implement various environmental management initiatives focused on energy efficiency, water conservation and waste reduction and recycling.
Governance
At Ware Malcomb, we foster an entrepreneurial spirit that empowers our team members to be creative and take initiative. As we operate within the dynamic landscape of the AEC industry, we recognize the significance of prudent governance in maintaining the trust of our team members, clients and partners, and sustaining our success.

Ware Malcomb’s DEI Team spearheads a variety of initiatives including community outreach, education and training, communication and events.

This partnership offers a great opportunity to expand DEI efforts in several areas including recruiting, community outreach and more.
We strive to build lasting partnerships with diverse business enterprises. Our supplier diversity program strengthens our relationships with DBE partners and expands our reach in attracting top talent in underrepresented and disadvantaged communities.
