Peter Priebe

As the Director, Special Services, Peter focuses and assists on both the operational functions of Ware Malcomb, as well as, partnering with all Principals in the overall growth strategies of the firm. In addition, Peter is responsible for the oversight of Information Technology, Human Resources and Real Estate.

Peter is highly versatile leader and has been involved in the industry since 2005, specializing in both operational and financial excellence with an extensive history of developing people and systems to support rapid growth in early-stage firms and organizational transition & expansion. His professional background includes all facets of finance, mergers & acquisitions, public reporting, integration, banking, board responsibilities, as well as direct oversight of operational groups including Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal & Risk Management, and Real Estate facilities.
