Jim Lukens

Jim has been involved in the industry since 1990 and brings his vast experience in civil engineering design, project management and client management to the Ware Malcomb team. His experience covers all aspects of land entitlement and development for commercial, industrial, mixed-use, urban infill, single family and multifamily residential and public works.

As Civil Engineering Manager, Jim is responsible for leading the civil engineering team in Nashville and providing engineering support in the Southeast region.
