Bill Sotomayor

Bill has been involved in the industry since 1986. After starting and growing his own design firm, he joined Ware Malcomb to open the firm’s New York City office. As a Principal at Ware Malcomb, Bill is responsible for overseeing the interior architecture and design studio for the Northeast Region. He is also responsible for building client relationships and growing the regional presence of Ware Malcomb.

Bill has designed, managed, and overseen cutting-edge retail, workplace and multifamily projects both nationally and internationally for clients in diverse markets including law, technology, publishing and media. He is an active member of CoreNet and the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), as well as a founding member of the Knights of York and a Board Member of National Hispanic Business Group.
