Jon Anderson

Jon has been involved in the industry since 2008 and provides architectural design expertise to the Ware Malcomb team. As Regional Director, he is responsible for the leadership, overall growth, and management of the architecture studios in New Jersey.

His experience includes design and leadership on more than 60 million SF of industrial in the Northeast region, encompassing speculative warehouse, build to suit and diverse advanced manufacturing facilities, with notable projects including the award-winning 1.5 million SF master plan for Bayonne Logistics Center and a 1.6 million, nine-building industrial park master plan in Suffolk County, New York.
