Adam Smith

Adam has been in the industry since 2012 and leads complex, first-of-their-kind projects with Ware Malcomb, including the execution and evolution of Ware Malcomb’s multistory distribution prototype across North America. As Studio Manager, Adam oversees cold building, food processing, manufacturing, multistory distribution, film studio and speculative warehouse projects for the Northeast region.

He lends in-depth expertise in building code analysis, constructability review and design requirements, with a special focus on New York City, New York State, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Adam brings strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to think outside the box to every project.
