As Regional Vice President and member of the Executive Team, Frank is responsible for the overall growth and leadership of Ware Malcomb’s Canada region that encompasses our Vaughan, Toronto and Ottawa office locations. Originally joining Ware Malcomb’s Design Department in 2005 and earning several promotions, Frank has been the driving force in Ware Malcomb’s growth in Canada.
He has been involved in the industry since 2000 and brings experience in all facets of architecture. Frank has worked on a wide variety of architectural projects including industrial, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, office, automotive and retail facilities across Canada. A Licensed Architect in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland, Frank received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Ryerson in Toronto and his Masters of Architecture degree from the University of Buffalo in New York. Frank is active in commercial real estate industry organizations such as NAIOP (the Commercial Real Estate Development Association) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), among many others. He frequently speaks on industry panels discussing trends in architecture and industrial design and innovations such as Ware Malcomb’s prototype for multistory distribution facilities.
