Rei Takata

Rei has been involved in the industry since 2000 and brings architectural design expertise to the team. As Studio Manager, Architecture, Rei is responsible for overseeing the Washington, D.C. architecture studio and manages select projects.

Rei has in-depth experience in adaptive reuse, multifamily, repositioning and mixed-use projects. Some of his notable work includes the adaptive reuse of 1900 Half Street from office to multifamily and the design of Tuscarora Crossing, a new four-story affordable housing complex in Leesburg, VA.
