Tobin Sloane

Tobin joined Ware Malcomb in 2004 as CFO and in 2020 was promoted to the expanded role of Executive Vice President and CFO. As a member of the firm’s Board of Directors, his leadership has helped ensure the financial health of the firm while facilitating strong growth. Tobin leads the financial functions of the firm and guides the accounting, contracts, administration, legal, and human resources operations.

Starting his Finance career in 1995, Tobin is an accomplished financial professional and business-savvy leader, bringing experience in financial analytics, accounting, management, and operational leadership. He is well known for his strategic and innovative approach to the company’s financial management and growth. Tobin holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting and a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Business Administration, both from the University of California, Riverside.

Tobin was named by the University of California, Riverside School of Business as an Executive Fellow for the 2015-2016 school year. The Executive Fellows Program was founded in 1992 and aims to connect distinguished business leaders with students and faculty to enrich the learning experience and enhance the business school’s impact in contributing to society. Tobin has been nominated in the Orange County Business Journal’s CFO of The Year Awards for four years in a row. The awards are presented to financial professionals in Orange County for outstanding performance as corporate stewards.
