Architectural, interior architecture design and branding services for the renovation of two adjacent, 3-story office buildings totaling 100,000 SF. These buildings serve as the new corporate headquarters for Stamps.com, a company that provides internet based mailing and shipping services.
The two buildings are connected with a new two-story 13,000 SF high end lobby. The new 41,000 SF of office includes conference rooms, a cafeteria, lounge area and other employee amenities, as well as an 8,000 SF call center on the first floor. The project also includes a rooftop patio and a full exterior remodel.
