Interior architecture and design services for a 40,500 SF tenant improvement, including the addition of 12,500 SF of new second floor structure and improvement of 28,000 SF of existing first floor area. These improved areas include new private and open office, break rooms, conferencing/meeting rooms, restrooms, mechanical spaces, elevator, SCIF area and other ancillary spaces. Service upgrades and specification of building equipment to support both phases of this project include a central mechanical plant, new electrical building service and main waste lines.
