Interior architecture and design, furniture, branding/staging, and workplace strategy services for Waterton’s 30,000 SF new headquarters. The project involves consolidating two of Waterton’s offices into a single floor. Ware Malcomb conducted surveys and data analysis to arrive at ratios to determine Waterton’s new hybrid workplace environment after the pandemic. The project includes a variety of heads down work and social spaces including a unique “community room” concept where teams can gather when in person together at the office. These rooms included areas to collaborate in a variety of lounge settings and one interactive technology curved sofa area with bar seating behind for larger, more casual group meetings.
