Ware Malcomb conducted a comprehensive market assessment and highest and best use property study. The study defines a long-term strategy for developing aeronautical support or commercial (non-aviation) facilities on lands within or adjacent to the Jacksonville International Airport as owned and controlled by the JAA. The development strategies are integrated into the on-airport land use map as part of the on-going Airport Master Plan Update.
