Please note that Ware Malcomb does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or employment agencies. In the absence of a signed contract, Ware Malcomb will not agree to pay any recruiter fee. In the event a recruiter or an agency submits a candidate or resume without a previously signed contract and/or without Ware Malcomb’s request, Ware Malcomb explicitly reserves the right to hire those candidate(s) without any financial obligation to the recruiter or agency. Any unsolicited resumes submitted to Ware Malcomb are deemed to be the property of Ware Malcomb.
