Ware Malcomb’s Vaughan office provided interior architecture and design, furniture selection and procurement services for the 15,000 SF office fit-out within the new build-to-suit industrial facility (by Others).

Spanning three floors, UCAN’s new headquarters features private offices, training room with testing area, open work areas and meeting spaces, all unified by a neutral palette, warm wood accents, plush patterned carpets and understated finishes that convey a sense of calm and professionalism. The design prioritizes practicality and efficiency, while incorporating warm tones and natural textures to create an inviting atmosphere.
The third-floor café is the focal point of the design; a generous, light-filled space that encourages gathering, collaboration, and informal interaction. This hub reinforces UCAN’s commitment to fostering community and connectivity among its team members.
