WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP NEWS ACROSS VARIOUS SECTORS AT IRVINE, CALIFORNIA CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS
IRVINE, Calif. (May 23, 2024) – Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced it has elevated and hired several key leaders in their Irvine, CA-based corporate headquarters. The leadership news covers various sectors within the firm’s business development and enterprise teams and support Ware Malcomb’s growth initiatives firmwide.

Sergio Valentini
Valentini has been promoted to Southern California Regional Principal overseeing the Irvine, Los Angeles and Inland Empire offices. Since joining Ware Malcomb in 2019 as Studio Manager, Architecture in the Los Angeles office, he has been promoted three times and landed the role of Principal overseeing the Los Angeles office prior to his latest promotion. A licensed architect, Valentini’s 20 years of experience leading large international projects from early concept stage through construction administration have helped the firm grow its diverse portfolio across industry sectors. He is active in the industry with various professional associations and is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) USA Board.
Luke Corsbie
A licensed Professional Engineer and Professional Land Surveyor, Corsbie has been promoted to Principal, Civil Engineering. Corsbie joined Ware Malcomb in 2017 and has led the expansion and diversification of the firm’s Southern California Land Development Civil Engineering practice. His leadership has propelled the civil team into an industry leader in land development civil engineering design, with a vast portfolio, including office, adaptive reuse, multifamily, entertainment, single-family, and industrial projects. Corsbie’s focus on providing great customer service, coupled with his focus on high-quality engineering design, have significantly contributed to the success and growth of the firm’s business.
Ilyes Nouizi
In his role as Principal, Resource Services, Nouizi is responsible for leading the Production Studios, the largest team at Ware Malcomb. Since joining the company in 2003, he reinvented the production studio’s capabilities, supporting projects of all product types, sizes, and complexities. Under his leadership, the studio has flourished into a resilient team with a strong collaborative partnership across all offices.
Jessica McInnis
As Associate Principal, Accounting, McInnis is responsible for leading the Accounting team, which has grown tremendously since she joined the firm in 2010. Her strategic oversight of project budgets, contract negotiations and all project accounting functions has driven operational efficiency, accuracy and firmwide scalability.
Donna Connole
In her role as Director, Marketing, Connole leads the firm’s Marketing team, which provides marketing for the firm’s 28 offices. She is responsible for planning, staffing and executing marketing initiatives including pursuits, business development support, national conferences and marketing collateral.
Remy Fukuda
As Director, Human Resources, Fukuda is responsible for the growth, operations and management of the Human Resources team. Fukuda is well-respected due to her commitment to excellence, and ability to identify and execute operational efficiencies.
Analisa Olson
Transitioning from her role as Director, Strategic Accounts, Olson brings more than 20 years of experience to her new role of leading the Irvine Interior Architecture & Design Studio as Director. In this role, she is responsible for leading the growth and management of the region’s Interior Architecture & Design studio. Olson has been with Ware Malcomb since 2021 and has extensive experience in corporate retail, restaurants, hospitality, airports, office and multifamily projects.
Andrew Capeluto
Capeluto has been hired as Studio Manager, Branding. In this role, he is responsible for managing the firm’s Branding Studio to integrate experiential graphic design, art and wayfinding solutions as part of Ware Malcomb’s multidisciplinary design offering to connect people to place. Capeluto brings expertise in experience design, graphic design, creative direction, creative technology, and team leadership to the firm, most recently as owner of his own studio.
Eric Namisniak
Namisniak has been promoted to Studio Manager, Architecture. In this role, he will manage the Architecture studios in the Irvine and Inland Empire offices. A licensed architect in California, his experience includes a variety of project types, including industrial, advanced manufacturing, office, hospitality and retail. Namisniak has been with Ware Malcomb since 2012.
