Adrian McDermott

Adrian has been in the industry since 2006 and brings both domestic and international architectural design experience to the Ware Malcomb team. As Director, Design, and a member of the Design Leadership Team, Adrian helps to grow and evolve our services nationally, with an emphasis on the Midwest, Northeast and Southeast Regions.

Adrian’s diversified experience includes office, multifamily, mixed-use, retail, hospitality, healthcare, cultural, and sports sectors. With experience in all phases of a project, Adrian infuses creative ideation with technical knowledge to design award-winning projects. Adrian also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Architecture and Urban Planning and a contributing juror at the University of Illinois at Chicago, School of the Art Institute of Chicago and Illinois Institute of Technology.
