Ana Cervantes

A licensed Architect, Ana has been involved in the industry since 2012 and brings valuable expertise to the Ware Malcomb team. As Director, Resource Services, Ana leads operations for the firm’s U.S. production studios, while collaborating with her team to enhance architecture project delivery best practices.

Ana’s experience includes overseeing all aspects of the development of drawings including space planning, planning packages, schematic designs, pricing plans, design developments and contract documents. She has worked on a wide variety of project types including corporate office, industrial, healthcare and science and technology.

Concurrently, Ana leads The Production Studios Operations with the development and maintenance of companywide templates and standards, ensuring these meet industry standards and building codes, committed to client’s satisfaction and project’s success.
