Bill Sotomayor

Bill has been involved in the industry since 1986. After starting and growing his own design firm, he joined Ware Malcomb to open the firm’s New York City office. As a Vice President at Ware Malcomb, Bill is responsible for cultivating client relationships and fostering growth across the firm.

Bill has designed, managed and overseen cutting-edge retail, workplace and multifamily projects both nationally and internationally for clients across a range of industries. He is an active member of CoreNet and the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), as well as a founding member of the Knights of York and a Board Member of National Hispanic Business Group.
