Braden Blake

As Director, Braden is responsible for overseeing the Architecture Studio in Phoenix. Braden has been heavily involved in the industry since 2008 and is a strong asset to the Ware Malcomb team.

He excels in helping a project take shape from design through construction. Braden’s experience includes overseeing conceptual design, guiding projects through planning and permit approvals, detailing and technical system research, and construction administration. He has worked on a wide variety of project types including corporate office, industrial, manufacturing, retail, mixed-use and multifamily.

Braden is a licensed Architect in the state of Arizona, a member of the NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards) and the AIA (American Institute of Architects). He is an active member of NAIOP (the Commercial Real Estate Association) and sits on the AIA Phoenix Metro Young Architect’s committee.
