Brian Sandstrom

Brian has been in the industry since 2005 and brings architectural design expertise to the Ware Malcomb team. As Studio Manager, Advanced Projects Group, Brian oversees advanced manufacturing, science & technology and mega-industrial projects for the Phoenix studio. He lends in-depth expertise in building code analysis, constructability review and design requirements with strong problem-solving and leadership skills with willingness to think outside the box to every project.

Brian specializes in a wide variety of large- and small-scale advanced manufacturing, industrial, science & technology, distribution projects and speculative warehouses. He is a licensed architect in 14 states including Arizona and a certified member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
