Caroline Riley

Caroline has been shaping the interior design landscape since 2015 and currently leads as a Senior Interior Designer in the Atlanta Studio, with a strong emphasis on workplace environments. Known for her fresh perspective and client-centered design approach, she integrates DE&I principles to create inclusive, impactful spaces.

From initial visioning and programming through final construction, Caroline oversees every phase of the project lifecycle, ensuring design integrity and excellence at every step. Her ability to distill key objectives into thoughtful, effective solutions reflects her strategic mindset and creative agility.

Driven by a passion for meaningful design, Caroline builds authentic relationships with clients and colleagues alike—connections she considers essential to a project’s success. She believes in the transformative power of workplace design to enhance the human experience and shape lives in lasting ways.

Caroline also contributes to the future of the profession as a member of the Advisory Board for the College of Architecture, Art and Design at Mississippi State University.
