Charles Swanson

Charles has been involved in the industry since 2009 and brings specialized expertise in architectural design and construction to the Ware Malcomb team. As Director, Multifamily, Charles is responsible for the growth of the multifamily practice companywide, with a focus on business development, client service and project execution.

Charles’s background includes a variety of multifamily project types such as mixed-use, podium, garden, wrap and hospitality. He strives for continuous improvement and self-accountability and enjoys working with clients to solve challenging and diverse problems. Charles is NCARB certified and licensed in 12 states.
