Chris Royster

As Regional Director, Chris is responsible for the overall growth and management of the Houston office. Serving as president and board of trustee, he remains active in the local chapter of the American Institute of Architects. Chris has been involved in the industry since 1996 and brings architectural design expertise to the Ware Malcomb team.

Chris has extensive knowledge in multifaceted and complex projects ranging from master planning, programming, design, documentation, construction, assessment, and renovation in all market segments.  Chris has enjoyed success providing architectural services through realizing projects that are mindful of the environment and sensitive to budget expectations.  His professional, confident demeaner often make him the levelheaded voice of reason during project discussions contributing to the successful delivery to client satisfaction.  He has worked on a variety of project types including corporate office, financial, industrial, hospitality and education.
