Christina Kolkas

Christina has been involved in the industry since 2005 and brings a depth of interior architecture and design expertise to the Ware Malcomb team. As Principal, she is responsible for the growth and development of the Interior Architecture and Design Studios in Canada, including the Vaughan, Toronto and Ottawa offices.

Christina’s design background includes workplace, industrial, retail, government and residential projects, as well as workplace strategy, visioning, conceptual design, space planning and innovation with sustainability. She is an excellent business developer who is focused on building relationships through excellent client service and high quality design. Christina fosters a positive team culture and promotes the growth of her team through supportive leadership, guidance and mentorship. An engaged member of CoreNet Global, NAIOP (the Commercial Real Estate Development Association), SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and PMI (Project Management Institute), Christina is highly active in the commercial real estate industry. She holds the PMP, LEED AP Commercial Interiors and BCIN (Legal and Large Buildings) designations.
