David Nighswonger

David has been involved in the industry since 1985 and brings civil engineering and land surveying experience to the Ware Malcomb team. As Director, Regional Operations, David oversees operations for the firmwide Civil Engineering Practice.

David’s experience includes leading public meetings, working with neighborhood groups, stakeholders, permitting departments, and public agencies such as metro wastewater, urban drainage, and school districts. As a Registered Professional Engineer, he has managed and directed a wide variety of land development projects, as well as capital improvement projects including roadways, drainage, water distribution, and wastewater collection.
