Dawn Riegel

Dawn Riegel brings over 20 years of interior architecture and design expertise to the Ware Malcomb team. As Principal, she provides extensive interiors expertise to clients across the Americas. Her project expertise spans commercial office, workplace, retail, healthcare, science & technology, industrial, public and education. She currently oversees the firm’s National Asset Strategy and Landlord Services practice, which provides a holistic approach to identifying goals, strategizing on the best and highest use of Assets and delivering quality outcomes to property owners.

She is a member of Ware Malcomb’s National Interior Advisory Group and serves as Executive Oversight on select National Accounts including Fujifilm, Medline and Essendant. Dawn is a Board Member of NAIOP Chicago and an active member of CoreNet Global. She is an industry thought leader and has presented at NAIOP CRE Converge, BOMA Suburban Chicago and CoreNet Global Summit on topics such as: Amenities in the Office and Industrial Markets, Alternative Workplace Strategies: The Toyota Way, and current office trends.
