As Director, Regional Business Operations, Diane leads regional operations across Southern California, actively partnering with office and studio leaders to drive delivery, team development, and client service. Involved in the industry since 2012, her journey from project management through regional operations leadership demonstrates not only her versatility, but her deep understanding of every facet of Ware Malcomb’s business from design execution to client delivery.  Her hands-on training style has cultivated a principle of excellence throughout the region, developing talent at every level and ensuring continuity of our high standards.  Diane’s collaborative approach has transformed how teams work across disciplines and locations, and her ability to consistently elevate business performance while maintaining strong client relationships makes her invaluable to both internal teams and external partners.
