Ed Wilkes

Ed is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states who has been in the industry since 2007. In his role, he is responsible for the growth, profitability, team management and overall client relationships across the East Coast.

Ed’s experience includes greenfield development and brownfield redevelopment across the residential, retail, self-storage, industrial, mixed-use and marine terminal asset classes.  He has worked on private real estate development projects across the east coast and remains fluent in the latest regulations for land use, stormwater management and erosion control permitting.  Ed is an active member of NAIOP and ASCE, and is a past President of ASCE Central Jersey Branch.
