Emerald Masangcay

Emerald has been involved in the industry since 2000 and brings experience in the field of architecture with an emphasis on design and master planning to the Ware Malcomb team. As Studio Manager, Site Planning, Emerald oversees site design efforts focused on design advancement and implementing enhanced delivery methods for all of Ware Malcomb’s offices. She is a LEED Accredited Professional, and provides design expertise for industrial developments, office campuses, and many others.

Emerald serves as the Midwest’s DEI Regional Champion; she is passionate about serving the community through mentorships and charities. Her family founded Operation Uniquecorn, a nonprofit organization dedicated to assist the needs of children with disabilities and their families.
