Emerald Masangcay

As Director, Design Emerald spearheads the regional growth and leadership of the Site Planning team, which partners with the project teams in the initial stages of project pursuits to define design direction and project scope while identifying potential site challenges.

Her more than 15 years of experience includes site planning, space planning, and architectural building design. Emerald holds a Bachelor of Architecture, cum laude, from the Illinois Institute of Technology and is LEED AP BD+C certified.
