Francisco Perez-Azua

Perez-Azua leads the growth and management of the Interior Architecture & Design Studio for the Miami office. As Director of Interior Architecture and Design, he is responsible for developing new client relationships, the general oversight of interior design studio, and growing the Ware Malcomb brand in Florida. Francisco has been a registered Architect in South Florida since 1995.

Francisco’s experience includes the development of commercial, mixed-use, multifamily, and single family projects including retail spaces, office buildings, restaurants, hotels, lifestyle centers and waterfront estates. Francisco’s projects have included ground-up construction, tenant improvements, renovations and historic rehabilitations throughout the U.S., Canada and Latin America. He also has extensive experience in Construction Project Management, as he has led the development, design, and construction of interior corporate workspace projects in the U.S. and internationally. Francisco holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Florida, and a Master of Science in International Real Estate degree from Florida International University.
