Goi Arteche

As Studio Manager of Science & Technology Operations, Goi provides firmwide leadership for Ware Malcomb’s Science & Technology practice, supporting project delivery, operational performance, resource planning, and team development across the company. He partners with regional and practice leaders to advance strategic growth initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and drive consistent project execution nationwide.

Goi has been involved in the architecture and engineering industry since 2005 and brings a strong background in leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams across science and technology, healthcare, higher education, commercial, hospitality, and civic markets. His expertise includes operational leadership, staffing strategy, financial planning, contract negotiation, risk management, client management, and project delivery.
