Gregory Spon

As Principal, Gregory is responsible for the leadership of the Nashville office. Gregory has been involved in the industry since 1999 and brings architectural design expertise and business development practices to the Ware Malcomb team.

Gregory has experience with numerous office, industrial, retail, commercial, and cold storage projects. He provides significant experience and knowledge with manufacturing, retail corporate accounts, retail store rollouts, entitlements, and permits working directly with the tenant as the client.
