Ilyes Nouizi

As Principal, Resource Services, Ilyes is responsible for leading and overseeing The Production Studios, dedicated in-house production teams that specialize in contract documents and support all of Ware Malcomb’s offices. Ilyes has been involved in the industry since 2001 and brings architectural design expertise to the Ware Malcomb team.

Ilyes’ experience includes the production of contract documents, code analysis, project detailing, working drawings and consultant coordination. His in-depth knowledge includes Building Information Modeling (BIM) using the most current versions of Revit and BIM360, as well as some Dynamo and Python/pyRevit scripting.  Ilyes has worked on a variety of project types including retail, corporate office, high-rise buildings, industrial/distribution, multi-level warehouse, healthcare, entertainment, and multifamily projects.
