Jason Golub

Jason has been involved in the Architectural and Real Estate industry since 2000 and brings professional architectural design expertise to the Ware Malcomb team. As Regional Director, Jason is responsible for leadership, overall growth, and management of the Oak Brook office. His project experience spans a wide spectrum, including retail, commercial, mixed-use developments, hospitality, multifamily, historic preservation and high-end residential. Jason has worked on numerous high-profile projects and national rollout programs with some of the world’s leading companies.

Jason has served in past leadership roles with several national and international design firms where he worked with Fortune 500 clients across the country, which sharpened his experience in both design and business. With an established firm understanding of client expectations, project parameters, and critical path schedules, Jason has successfully guided teams with clarity and focus. Jason’s relationship-based approach to clients, projects, and facilitating team collaborations are vital principles of his architectural practice.

Jason has emphasized dedication to the profession through his volunteer work involvement in AIA’s Architects in Schools program, as well as teaching in local junior highs and high schools. Jason is an active member and current director on the AIA Chicago’s Board of Directors and a past co-chair for the Practice Management Committee, as well as a member of the Architecture Review Committee within the town where he lives.

I am pleased to introduce Jason Golub, our new Regional Director leading the Oak Brook office. Jason holds a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Illinois at Chicago and is a licensed architect. Jason brings over 20 years of experience and leadership in the architectural industry to Ware Malcomb and will work closely with the Oak Brook leadership team to continue the growth and diversification of the office.

Jason has held leadership roles at Antonovich Associates, Woolpert, and, most recently, Vice President at CannonDesign. His project experience spans a wide spectrum, including commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, mixed-income multi-family, historic preservation and high-end residential.
