Jim Terry

As Principal, Jim is responsible for the overall leadership of the Pleasanton office. He has been involved in the industry since 1981 and brings in-depth industry knowledge and architectural design expertise to the Ware Malcomb team.

A licensed architect with an extensive multidisciplinary background, Jim has effectively managed a wide variety of projects throughout his career including industrial distribution, auto, office, corporate headquarters, public, medical, tenant improvements, retail, multifamily and hotels. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and holds a LEED Accredited Professional certification.
