Jinger began her architectural career at Ware Malcomb in 1996. During her 20+ year tenure, her vision has helped define Ware Malcomb’s standards of high quality, creativity and futureproofing to ensure long-term real estate value for clients. As Vice President, Design, a member of the Executive Team and Architectural Leadership Group, Jinger leads architectural design for Ware Malcomb, and oversees the Design, Branding and Digital Transformation Studios.

Jinger exemplifies the Ware Malcomb culture with her passion for design, excellence and people. She has mentored numerous Ware Malcomb leaders and team members from different offices and disciplines, and her enthusiasm and talent for design is infectious. Under Jinger’s leadership, Ware Malcomb was the only firm recognized four years in a row by NAIOP’s prestigious “Design of the Future” competition.

A Licensed Architect, Jinger has master planned and designed a wide variety of projects including master planning, mixed use, commercial office, corporate headquarters, industrial, retail, healthcare, tenant improvements, multifamily, and hospitality.  She has been featured in numerous publications and presented at conferences across the U.S. on her extensive knowledge of design. Jinger is active in ULI (Urban Land Institute), NAIOP (the Commercial Real Estate Development Association), CREW Network (Commercial Real Estate Women Network) and NOMA (National Organization of Minority Architects). She is also a member of Ware Malcomb’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.
