Joel Rothenberg

Joel has been involved in the industry since 2014 and brings expertise in mechanical, plumbing and fire protection engineering to the Ware Malcomb team. He has a passion for energy efficiency and uniquely challenging projects. As Manager, Mechanical Engineering, he is responsible for the management of all mechanical engineering disciplines within Ware Malcomb’s Northeast offices.

​​​​​​​Joel oversees a staff of engineers, designers and BIM operators, establishes design concepts, maintains technical design quality and ensures accurate production of design documents. He has worked on a variety of projects including office fit-outs, warehouse/distribution centers, airports, manufacturing facilities, healthcare facilities and data centers, and residential buildings.
