John Holland

As Regional Director, John is responsible for the growth and oversight of leading and growing the Ottawa office. John He has been involved in the industry since 1986 and brings a broad range of experience and expertise, including working internationally, to the Ware Malcomb team.

​​​​​​​John’s broad experience includes industrial, mixed-use, multifamily, mental health and drug rehab hospitals, wet labs, multi-use institutional and educational projects. He has also worked on commercial office buildings, commercial interiors, historic buildings, and retail projects.
