Jon Grzywa

As Civil Engineering Manager, Jon is responsible for leading and expanding civil engineering services offered throughout the Chicago market. Jon has been involved in the industry since 2003 and brings expansive civil engineering experience to the Ware Malcomb team. He is focused on creating a positive, team-oriented environment to support the Oak Brook and Chicago offices objectives for growth, revenue, profitability, staff management, and overall client relationships for the Midwest market.

Jon is a client focused problem solver who brings high quality service and value to each project he works on. A licensed professional engineer in Illinois and Wisconsin, Jon has worked on a variety of project types including retail, commercial, office, education, memory care, and hospitality projects. His experience prior to Ware Malcomb includes both greenfield and redevelopment projects, as well as supporting national retail rollout and pavement management programs.
