Jonathan Thomas

As Principal, Jonathan is responsible for leading the growth and management of the Seattle office. He has been involved in the industry since 2010 and brings architectural, master planning and site planning design expertise to the Ware Malcomb team.

A licensed architect in the state of Washington, Jonathan is a multifaceted professional who contributes extensive experience in architectural design, master planning, site planning, entitlements, real estate strategy and design development. He has worked on a variety of project types including self-storage, corporate office, technology, industrial, medical facilities, cold and food, multifamily and retail. Jonathan is active in many commercial real estate organizations including NAIOP and the Self-Storage Association. He is a graduate of the NAIOP SoCal Young Professionals Group program, and he has served on the national Industrial and Office Trends Forum since 2017.
