Joshua Gillespie

Joshua has been in the industry since 2004 and brings multi-disciplinary engineering expertise to the Ware Malcomb team. He specializes in the design of HVAC and plumbing and fire suppression systems with experience that includes central plants, radiant heating, high-rise plumbing, clean agent fire suppression and more.

Joshua also has a strong background in energy and sustainability, having led feasibility studies for retrofits, decarbonization, photovoltaics, thermal storage and combined heat and power systems. In addition to design, he provides commissioning services across all system types, ensuring performance through construction observation, testing and owner training.
