Karen McCallum

Karen started her design career in 2004, bringing extensive experience in workplace, higher education and hospitality design, along with a strong background in business strategy and growth. As Principal, she leads the team that joined Ware Malcomb from CBRE’s U.S. Design Collective, overseeing strategic direction, business development and client engagement while fostering a collaborative and creative team culture.

Karen’s diverse expertise allows her to bring a unique and informed perspective to every project. She is committed to delivering thoughtful and innovative design solutions that meet our clients’ needs. Her leadership and vision make her an invaluable member of the Ware Malcomb team.
