Kevin Evernham

As Regional Vice President, Kevin is responsible for leading the firm’s Southwest region which spans Southern Nevada to Texas and includes the Phoenix, Dallas and Houston offices. He is a licensed architect in all 50 U.S. states and District of Columbia, NCARB certified and a registrant on over 6,000 permits nationally.

An industry veteran since 1995, Kevin brings in-depth experience designing industrial, retail, restaurant, and commercial office properties to maximize long term real estate value and achieve clients’ business objectives. His specialties include architectural design, contract negotiations, project discovery and management, 3D visualization, and all phases of the architectural process. Kevin received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and his Master of Architecture degree from Arizona State University. He is involved in a variety of industry associations, including his membership with NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
