Kevin Fawcett

Kevin Fawcett has been involved in the design industry since 1995 and brings a strategic, design-driven leadership perspective to the Ware Malcomb team. As Director, Architecture, he is responsible for the leadership, overall growth and management of the architecture studios in the Phoenix office. Kevin is a registered architect and holds National Council of Architectural Registration Boards certification, with active registrations in AZ, CA and TX.

Kevin offers extensive leadership experience guiding teams through complex, large-scale projects while fostering a strong culture of mentorship, collaboration and accountability. He is known for building high-performing teams, aligning design vision with client and business goals and bringing clarity to complex challenges. His experience spans a diverse range of project types, enabling him to deliver thoughtful results-driven solutions that create lasting value.
