As Associate Principal for the company’s rapidly growing Building Measurement Services Studio, Kim leads the overall strategic growth, scanning technology, and management of the group throughout the United States and Canada. Leveraging more than 20 years of business development leadership, Arial has secured numerous regional and national clients to expand these services into new markets. Her team works with landlords, asset management firms, property managers and brokers to deliver accurate floor plans with quick turnaround times.

Kim works closely with all of Ware Malcomb’s Studios to help them grow their business units by offering the latest technology and expertise in building measurement and digital scanning for commercial and corporate clients.
