Kourtney Pennycook

Kourtney has been involved in the industry since 2012 and brings interior design expertise to the Ware Malcomb team. As Studio Manager, Kourtney leads the Interior Architecture & Design Studio for the Atlanta office. She is responsible for staff management, operations, business development, growth and diversification, client management, quality control, and project management of select projects in the Atlanta market. Kourtney has a strong background in diverse project types such as corporate office, landlord, industrial and multifamily. She is passionate about designing useful and beautiful spaces that meet clients’ needs.
