Leslie Espiritu

As Associate Principal, Human Resources, Leslie oversees both the Human Resources and Recruiting Teams for the firm and core international Human Resources and payroll functions and people initiatives.

Joining our team in 2013, Leslie has led the considerable growth and expansion of our Human Resources and Recruiting teams. She has introduced new technologies to improve processes and create greater workflow efficiencies. Leslie has built a strong reputation across the company as a caring, dedicated leader, who leads by example and embodies the Ware Malcomb One Team culture.

Leslie has been in the Human Resources profession since 1992 and brings experience from the healthcare, manufacturing, and architecture and engineering industries to the Ware Malcomb team. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and holds a SHRM-SCP accreditation.
