As Land Surveying Manager, he oversees the full lifecycle of land development initiatives, from initial planning and scheduling to execution and coordination, ensuring precision and efficiency at every stage.

His experience spans a wide range of terrains and environments, including swamps, beaches, urban streetscapes, oil fields and river systems across Texas and Louisiana. Lucas is known for his ability to navigate complex field conditions while leading teams with accuracy and consistency, making him a trusted resource in both field operations and project delivery
